To keep it simple, this is your regular 50 minute session per week space of counselling. Counsellors are trained to work Integratively using PCT, PAT, and CBT to cater to you. The Above package provides you with a regular, grounded space to be heard and supported. Ideal for individuals looking for reliable, focused therapeutic sessions without additional extras, this package allows space for reflection, insight, and emotional exploration at a steady pace.

- One 50-minute counselling session per week
The Beyond Package
The Beyond is a premium therapy package which includes everything in The Above package, but also for those seeking consistent gentle support between them. Grounded in solution-focused therapy, it offers tools and resources to help maintain progress, manage emotions, and deepen reflection throughout the week.
The Beyond
This package includes everything from The Above, plus:
- Mid-week therapist check-ins
- Unlimited access to breathing exercises and grounding techniques
- Dietary, Sleep, and Gym Plans
- Mood Tracker – a 2-minute mood wheel check-in
- Sleep Diary Tool – a 5-minute daily reflection to track sleep and emotional rhythms
- Personalised Online Journal
A&B therapists may includes individual access to premium apps such as Audible, Balance, and more as part of your package.
